Gail
Olsen
CKD
(Certified Kitchen Designer), Designer, Administrator
E:
"I believe
that attention to the specific needs of each client and
their
family is paramount in creating a kitchen or bathroom
remodel that is a masterpiece of form and function, and is a
unique representation of your interests and lifestyle."
As a nationally
renowned designer and one with a quarter century of
experience in the kitchen and bath industry, designer Gail
Olsen’s projects offer a unique combination of styling and
workability. In fact, Gail’s work has been repeatedly
recognized. She has been the featured designer for the
Design Idea Center at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show.
The Design Idea Center is sponsored annually by various
magazines and actually takes the work of a designer and
builds the project for the show as an example to be viewed
by other designers. The work of both Gail and Charles is
featured in the
book "The Walls Around Us," by David Owen which
offers a humorous and informative account of home
remodeling. Their work is always a result of their combined
talents and is repeatedly seen in national design magazines.
In addition to
being a recognized designer, Gail has been very active with
the National Kitchen and Bath Association, both in the CT
chapter and nationally. She served on the national board of
the NKBA for 8 years, ascending to the national president’s
position in 1996.
Spare time finds
Gail playing softball or volleyball, swimming, cooking or
curling up with a good book.
